At Cult Neo we offer a 30-day return window and free returns on all eligible items.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
All eligible returns are free of charge. Please follow the steps below to return your item:

1. Register Your Return

  • Start by visiting our return portal: Access the Return Portal
  • Enter your order number and email address, select the item(s) you wish to return, and indicate the reason. You’ll receive instructions instantly.

2. Prepare Your Package

  • Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or extras it came with.
  • Make sure it’s securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

3. Ship It Back to Us

  • Once your return is registered, you’ll receive a QR code, there’s no need to print anything.
  • Just bring your package to your local post office or designated drop-off point, show the QR code, and hand it over.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Returned in the original packaging (garment bags, boxes, hangers, etc.)
  • Free from stains, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or other odors
  • In resellable condition

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these standards.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email:

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds cover the returned item(s) only; original shipping costs are not refundable

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.

DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a defective item, the wrong size or color, or if something is missing from your order:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and attach clear photos showing the issue.

  • We do not consider damages caused by improper use, incorrect washing programs, or lack of care as manufacturing defects.

For clothing, signs of wear, improper washing, or stretching are not covered under manufacturing defects.

BLIND BOX & COLLECTIBLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or refunds for plush toys, collectibles, or designer items sold in blind boxes. This is non-negotiable.

Please note:

Blind box goods are designer toys produced with current technology and partially handmade craftsmanship.

Minor imperfections such as uneven coloring, small scratches, paint marks, or finishing inconsistencies are not considered defects. Each piece is unique by nature.

DAMAGED PACKAGES IN TRANSIT

We are not responsible for packages that arrive damaged due to mishandling by the courier (e.g. squashed, creased, or opened boxes). Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier in these cases.
